What is included in our prices is the use of our facilities. Our beautiful barn is 40 ft. wide by 110 ft. in length. The outdoor ceremony area is covered with gorgeous oak trees in a tranquil setting. If you choose, a staff member will fill and light the fire pit by request when your event dinner is being served. Two bathrooms (Men and Women) and a sizeable bridal dressing room exist. Do not worry; there is an area for the men to get ready.

The barn has hanging lights and chandeliers to make the night even more beautiful watching the sunset. You will also have access to tables, 230 white padded resin chairs, and 200 wood cross-back chairs. We also have barrels, centerpieces, wood chips, lanterns, signs, etc., available at no additional charge. Please see the list of items available on your desk or laptop computer. Your phone does not show everything available.

Saturday Weddings: Up to 230 Guests

The venue will be available from 1 pm to 6 pm on the Friday before the event, giving you enough time for decoration set up and a rehearsal.

On the day of your event, the hours are 9 am to 11 pm. By 9 pm, the bar needs to be closed. The music turned off at 10 pm. The venue must be cleaned up and closed by 11 pm.

Pricing

For 2025, the fixed rate is $4,000.00

For 2026, the fixed rate is $4,000.00

For Sunday Weddings: We Require a 100 Guests or less

On Sunday, the venue is available from 9 AM to 9 PM. By 8 PM the bar will close and music turned off. The venue to be cleaned up and closed by 9 PM.

You Will Have Access To:

Bridal suite.
There is an air-conditioned separate area for the groom. This is away from the bridal suite and allows the groom and his men to hang out the day of.
Twenty-four 72" round tables with 230 white padded resin chairs.
200 wood cross-back chairs
Eight 9' wood farm tables with a $500 damage deposit
Wooden benches under the trees for the ceremony for up to 230 guests. It also includes some with backs.
Eight eight ft. rectangular tables.
Eight six ft. rectangular tables.
Ten tall cocktail tables.
Eight outdoor benches for the reception.
Two full bars.
The staff starts and keeps the fire going for you in the fire pit.
An outdoor concrete area for sparklers or bubbles is sent off with string cafe lights.
A large area in the center of the barn for your dance floor.
The smoking area is off to the side, out of picture views.
Large assortment of decorations you may use at no extra charge, include:
